We are a group of individuals in the Greater New Orleans area who are dedicated to protecting the principles of the Constitution of the United States of America and ensuring that the rule of law prevails in our country. Our primary emphasls is on due process of law, which provides the means to protect and enforce all constitutional rights, freedoms, and prerogatives. We are also dedicated to preserving other constitutional safeguards of democracy and citizens’ rights, including but not limited to the Bill of Rights, the separation of powers, and the emoluments clause.

We see citizens, along with the other branches of government, our courts and Congress, as the principal protectors of our constitutional rights and system of government.

To fulfill our mission, we seek to:

• Educate ourselves and others about our constitutional rights and system of government

• Make our voices heard on issues relating to infringements against the Constitution

• Support litigation opposing infringements against the constitution

• Encourage our legislators to uphold the constitution

• Identify and support candidates for office who are committed to upholding the Constitution

• Work with other community groups and organizations in their support of the Constitution

We will avoid:

• Supporting or opposing actions and policies that do not implicate Constitutional principles

• Taking a stance on lnternational Issues that do not run afoul of the Constitution

• Taking a stance on local issues that do not run afoul of the Constitution

We welcome all residents of the Greater New Orleans area to join us in pursuing these objectives.
